Hey everyone: a PSA

Hey everyone I just wanted to share this article I found on TricksyKnitter's site about knitting ergonomics and Repetitive strain injuries. I woke up this morning with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and couldn't go to work because of it because I have very bad knitting posture.

So here's to all the stress knitters (and crocheters) and all those stressfully knitting last minute to finish Christmas and Birthday gifts. Don't strain yourselves, take breaks and sit up straight and comfortably, don't hunch over. Posture is 9/10ths of bad knitting and crocheting habits (and typing habits come to it)

Don't overwork yourselves trying to finish things, you have 12 days, pace yourselves.
